Michael Kubas, vice president of Foley Power Systems has announced that Foley Incorporated recently hired Bobby Dauigoy as vocational truck sales specialist for the on highway division.
Prior to this new position, Dauigoy spent 27 years as a Peterbilt truck sales engineer.
Bill Connolly, on highway sales manager, said, “When Caterpillar first announced their entry into the vocational truck market, we knew it would be critical to have an industry expert on our team. We are very fortunate to have found someone with Bobby’s experience and customer loyalty, as well as a complete understanding of the markets Foley serves.”
In line with Caterpillar’s launch of the Cat CT660 vocational truck, the order boards opened on April 1, 2011. This first model in a full line of Class 8 vocational trucks reflects a reliable, durable, fuel-efficient design that couples driver comfort and safety with optimum return on investment for the owner. The CT660s are designed to work as transit mixers, refuse haulers, dump trucks and in any application requiring a heavy-duty truck, according to the manufacturer.
As Foley’s vocational truck sales specialist, Dauigoy will be responsible for generating awareness and promoting Caterpillar’s new CT660 vocational truck within Foley’s territory of northern and central New Jersey, Staten Island and Bermuda. He will be working with customers to help customize this truck to fit their business needs.
“When it comes to spec’ing out a new truck to fit a customer’s specific needs, Bobby is the best man for the job,” stated Connolly. “With his advanced engineering degree, he designs and builds trucks that exceed our customers’ expectations.”
