Aggregate Equipment Guide
Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia has added JCB construction equipment to its lineup.
This new division has been named JCB of Florida and South Georgia and will remain under the same ownership and management as Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia. The company will service JCB customers from its four existing locations in Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville, Fla., and Tifton, Ga.
“We decided to take on the JCB line as a way to build our business,” said A.D. “Sandy” MacKinnon, Yale Lift Trucks CEO. “We are limited by geography and by product growth with the Yale line. The JCB line seemed like a good fit as approximately 50 percent of our business is coming out of construction related companies and several of the Yale dealers around the country have taken on the JCB line and it has worked well for them.”
Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia has a strong customer following and a solid reputation built on an unmatched service model, according to MacKinnon.
“We make it easy for our customers to do business with us. It has been through this commitment to the customer that Yale Lift Trucks of Florida and Georgia has been able to form lasting relationships with their customers. We plan on bringing the same dedication and level of service to our JCB customers as we have for our Yale customers,” MacKinnon said.
A JCB specialist on staff will be working with the other sales representatives to train them on the JCB line and the company will be setting up JCB training programs both in house and at the JCB training facility in Georgia.
